This policy describes how Attune Operations (“AttuneOps”, “we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AttuneOps platform and website. For workforce records, your employer or organization is the controller and we process those records on its behalf under our agreement with it.
1. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, work email, organization), workforce records your organization uploads or syncs (schedules, time entries, pay configuration, credential records), and usage data generated when you use the service.
2. How we use information
To provide and operate the service, to apply the rules your organization configures, to generate pay and compliance records, to support and secure the service, and to communicate with you about the service.
3. How we share information
We share information with subprocessors listed in our Trust Center, with your organization's administrators, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
4. Data retention
Workforce records are retained for the period your organization configures or as required by applicable labor and tax law, and are deleted or returned at the end of the agreement.
5. Security
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and our security program is described in the Trust Center.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. Requests from employees are typically routed through their employer, who is the controller of workforce records.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the service and analytics cookies, where permitted, to understand usage. You can control analytics cookies in your browser.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators.
